Accessibility Statement
A usable website should support clear reading, keyboard navigation and a range of devices.
Design provisions
The site uses structured headings, descriptive link labels, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for meaningful imagery and responsive layouts. FAQ controls expose their expanded state. The mobile menu supports Escape and keyboard navigation.
Motion and media
The homepage respects your device’s reduced-motion preference and provides a motion toggle. With reduced motion or on smaller screens, the property story becomes a manually navigable gallery and the construction video uses playback controls rather than scroll scrubbing. The gallery has previous, next and skip controls. If video playback is unsupported, the actual construction poster and project details remain available. Supplied property media and illustrative architecture are separately labeled.
Feedback and limitations
If you encounter a barrier, use the Contact page and describe the page, device, browser and difficulty. This statement does not claim certified conformance or that every third-party destination is accessible.
